Q: What makes Kai’s Wicks candles different?

A: Each candle is hand-poured in small batches using 100% natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and high-quality fragrance oils. Our focus is eco-friendly, clean-burning candles with scents that create warmth and comfort in your home.

 

Q: Are your candles made with 100% soy wax?

A: Yes! We only use natural soy wax no paraffin or harmful additives. Soy wax is renewable, biodegradable, and burns cleaner and longer.

 

Q: Why soy wax instead of other types?

A: Soy wax is a healthier, eco-friendly alternative to paraffin. It’s plant-based, non-toxic, and produces less soot, making it safer for your home and the environment.

 

Q: Why does my candle have frosting or small imperfections?

A: Great question! Frosting is a natural occurrence in soy wax. It doesn’t affect performance or scent it’s simply proof that your candle is made from natural wax.

 

Q: How quickly will my order ship?

A: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we ship within the U.S. only.

 

Q: Do you make custom candles for weddings, showers, or events?

A: Yes! We love creating special candles for memorable occasions. Please contact us for custom orders. 

 

Q: How should I burn my candle safely?

A: For best results:

• Trim wick to ¼” before each burn

• Allow your candle to burn for 2–3 hours on the first use to create a full melt pool

• Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time

• Keep away from drafts, pets, and children
